As we prepare to reopen our doors in the wake of COVID-19, there will be a few changes to the flow of our house. We want to be crystal clear with what you can expect from us, and also what we will be requiring from you.

We respect everyone’s right to choose how to proceed as we all begin to shift into a new normal. If there are measures you feel are missing or have questions about, please communicate with us and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for your continued love and support of our home during this time. We are so excited to see you all very soon.

Before your appointment:

  1. Mind our limited schedule.
    Due to capacity constraints, our schedule will be reduced for a little while as we increase time between appointments. We promise to do our very best to get you on our books as soon as possible. Thank you for your flexibility with appointment start times as we may call you to request small changes.

     

  2. Fill out your form before each visit.
    All clients will be required to complete and sign the COVID-19 questionnaire / liability waiver prior to each scheduled appointment. Click here to preview the form.  You will receive an email 24 hours prior to your visit - please fill out this form online at that time. No form = no appointment.

     

  3. Cancel for health.
    If you, or someone in your household have a fever, cough, or are sick, we ask that you do not come into the studio. Please call to cancel your appointment - you will not incur a fee when cancelling for health reasons.

     

  4. Pay ahead of time.
    We will continue to accept all forms of payment: cash, check, credit, and Venmo. If you are paying with a credit card or Venmo please do so before you arrive. There is a payment link within the confirmation email for your appointment.

 

 

 

 

 

 

What to expect when you arrive: 

  1. ​Masks are required.
    No mask, no service. Please follow CDC guidelines and wear a facial covering in our facility covering both your nose and mouth.

     

  2. Wait in your car.
    Our waiting room is temporarily closed. Be sure all paperwork and payments are completed prior to arrival and wait in your car until 2-3 minutes before your appointment time.

     

  3. Wash your hands.
    We are requesting all clients wash their hands before beginning their appointment.

     

  4. Come as you are.
    Please limit what you are bringing to your session to your clothing.

     

  5. Temperature check. We will be checking and recording your temperature upon arrival. If you have a fever (100.4 or higher) we will reschedule you at no cost.

Extra precautions we are taking:  

  1. Temperature check.
    In addition to checking the temperature of all clients, we will check our staff members daily.

     

  2. PPE.
    Your therapist will be wearing a face mask, and personal protective equipment (PPE) for your appointment, but we promise they have a huge smile under the mask.  (PPE will consist of scrubs, mask and eye protection.)

     

  3. Fewer clients, more cleaning.
    We are building in more time between appointments to ensure less clients in the building at once and also to give us ample time to clean and sanitize the room.

     

  4. HEPA filter with UV.
    As before each room will have a HEPA filter with UV. We have also added one to the main waiting area.

     

  5. Additional cleaning.
    We will be adding UV light and ozone sanitation between sessions and at the end of the day as an extra added safety measure.

     

  6. Bathroom updates.
    There is hand sanitizer available for your convenience throughout the office. We have also installed touch less soap dispensers and paper towel dispensers instead of the hand driers.

     

  7. Room rotation.
    We plan to be rotating rooms throughout the day so you will not be in a room that was just used for another patient.
